Terms & Conditions

Last updated: 24 July 2026

By using AdvocateOS, you agree to the terms below. Please read them carefully.

About the service

AdvocateOS provides tools for wellness advocates: product recommendations, a journal, training, and content generation. These are support tools, not medical advice.

Not medical advice

Content in the service is educational and wellness-supporting. Essential oils are not medicine and are not intended to diagnose, treat, or prevent disease. For health concerns, please consult a healthcare professional.

Subscriptions and payment

Paid plans are billed per 30 days via Xendit. There is no auto-debit: access ends when your period lapses unless you renew. Same-tier early renewal extends your period; changing tiers starts a fresh 30 days.

Content responsibility

You are responsible for the content you share using our tools. Do not make medical claims or income promises. Our compliance filter helps, but the final decision is yours.

Intellectual property

doTERRA product names and materials belong to their respective owners. Content you write stays yours. The AdvocateOS software is ours.

Disclaimers and liability

The service is provided "as is" without warranties. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect losses arising from use of the service.

Changes and contact

We may update these terms; material changes will be announced. Questions? Reach us at halo@advocateosglobal.com.
