Privacy Policy

Last updated: 24 July 2026

AdvocateOS respects your privacy. This page explains what data we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. We collect only what is needed to run the service.

Data we collect

- Account: your display name and email when you sign up. - Wellness journal: sleep, energy, mood scores, notes, and the oils you tag — for your eyes only. - Usage: counts of messages and generated content, to meter quotas. - Payments: processed by Xendit; we never store your card number. - Funnel leads: names and contacts people submit through funnel pages you create.

How we use it

To provide and maintain the service, meter quotas, process subscriptions, and show your own journal and content back to you. We do not sell your data to anyone.

Sharing with third parties

We use trusted providers only to run the service: Supabase (database and authentication) and Xendit (payments). They process data on our behalf under their own policies. We do not share your data for advertising.

Storage and security

Data is stored on cloud infrastructure with role-based access. Each workspace can only see its own data. No system is perfect, but we apply reasonable measures to protect your information.

Your rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data. Contact us and we will act within a reasonable time.

Children

This service is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect data from minors.
